Mediterranean Meatballs

Ingredients

  • MAGGI Meaditeranean Meatballs sachet
  • 500g lean beef mince
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 a cup packaged breadcrumbs
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 400g can chopped tomatoes

Stove top

  1. Mix together mince, egg and breadcrumbs, shape into 16 balls each approximately 5cm in diameter.
  2. Heat 2 tsp oil in pan, brown meatballs, add onion cook 2 mins
  3. Add combined tomatoes,1/4 cup (60ml) water and MAGGI recipe base. Bring to boil, cover and simmer 10 mins or until meatballs are cook through, stir occasionally

Serve with cooked pasta and steamed vegetables
