Cook in bag Roast Chicken with vegetables

Ingredients

  • Continental Classic Roast Chicken cook in bag sachet
  • 8-10 chicken drum sticks or whole chicken
  • 3 Large carrots
  • 6 medium potatos
  • Green vegies

Cooking Instructions

  1. No need to heat the oven. on a non heated oven proof dish or tray, place the chicken into the bag. Add the peeled and chopped carrots and potatos. season with recipie dase (comes in a sachet in the bag) Close bag using tie
  2. Support bag with your hands and gently mix to coat evenly with recipie base. Lie bag sideways ensuring ingredients are evenly spaced.
  3. Roast at 180 c (fan forced 170 c) for 1 hour on lowest shelf of oven. Allow enough room for the bag to expand without touching oven walls, heating elements or other shelves. Remove from oven, rest in bag for 15mins before serving

Serve with Green vegies
