Ingredients
- Taste of India chicken korma simmer sauce
(comes with) Korma whole spice sachet, Korma masala sachet
- 1 tsp Almond flakes
- 1 tsp Sultanas
- Fresh cream
- Rice

Cooking Method
cook rice to packet directions
Heat 2 tsp of cooking oil in a medium sized saucepan add sachet of Korma Whole Spice.
Add chicken cubes, saute the meat until cooked through and brown, (It will take approx 2-3 mins)
Pour the whole pouch of Taste of India Korma Simmer Sauce over the cooking meat.
Mix ingredients well, add water (if desired) and bring to boil, then reduce the heat.
Add sultanas and Almond flakes, simmer for a further 4-5 mins
Sprinkle the sachet of Korma Masala and mix well, sprinkle as much or little as desired
Garnish with fresh cream and fresh coriander leaves.
Serve hot with rice and Naan or chapatis
