- MAGGI Beef stroganoff sachet
- 500g mince
- 1 large onion (sliced)
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp sour cream
Stove top 10 mins prep 30 mins cook
- Heat a tsp oil in the pan, brown beef, add the onion and mushrooms cook 2 mins
- Add combined 1 1/2 cup (330 ml) water and MAGGI recipe base. Bring to boil stirring
- Cover and simmer 20 mins or until beef is tender
- Stir through sour cream

Oven 10 mins prep 45 mins cook
- Preheat oven to 200 c / 180 c fan forced
- Place beef, onions and mushrooms in oven proof dish.
- Stir in combined 3/4 cup(190 ml) water and MAGGI recipe base
- Cover and cook for 45 mins, or until beef is tender stirring once during cooking
- Stir in sour cream.
Serve with cooked pasta and steamed green vegetables.
